I am acting as a Approved Marine Consultant for the Egyptian seafarers . How Egyptian officers and ratings could a part of your mariner advancement ?, as they are interested for your products .. IF they must be as Applicants , they must be Americans or as Egyptians they can join ? if they have to be in U.S.A TO PASS THE EXAM at the USCG ?. if THEY NEED a visa ( sending offer letter to them )?.
