I am all for Cancer Awareness.....but, this morning a young lady called me and ask if I would be interested in committing to a regular donation. she said Lots of people are in low income brackets and need help I saidExcuse me...but I recently went through treatment for stage 3 Cancer of the vocal chords. It cost me $360,000.00 No one helped me. Also, because of it...I am now on a fixed income. I am not a bitter person but these on the phone do-gooders, should screen the people before they call them.
