I am devastated, my gorgeous puppy, May, has been having mini seizures for the past month or so, she had seen the vet and he said it is something she will probably grow out of. Yesterday she had about 5-6 seizures, not full fits but going very stiff, not being able to coordinate her movements and being sick and clearly upset. I took her to my vet and she gave me diazepam and did blood tests. I was hoping a good nights sleep would help but May is still the same today. Ive been back to vet this morning the blood tests have come back clear so the problem is probably her brain and I have been told she has a 50/50 chance of medication being able to help control her fits but to prepare myself for the worst that she will have to be put to sleep. She goes back to vet on Monday. May is only 4 months old and usually she is very lively, happy friendly little girl, I call her super girl because she is so agile and confident, now she is just a shadow of herself. I cannot bare it.
