I am fortunate, still, to have found a silver lining amidst all the dark forces that continue to hover my existence. See, life will not always be how you picture it out. Say, you dedicate time and efforts to at least make a difference in an endeavour, only to find out its a bad invesment, no returns guaranteed only disappointments. Screw me, maybe shit just happens. Or maybe some people are just plain shitty. The only redemption are the learnings derived. Two important things: 1. Quality is definitely way better than quantity when it comes to friends 2. Age is not directly correlated with maturity and vice versa.
