I am really disappointed that I just fired a client for liability issues. They changed their schedule at the last second cutting down the amount of visits. Following up to confirm their arrival home I find out this poor dog will be alone for 16 plus hours (pending no flight, luggage return & traffic delays) and basically I was informed not to schedule any additional walks, nor to go back tomorrow. So this poor dog is forced to not go outside for 16 plus hours. I am absolutely just upset over it.
