It is forecast to move west northwest at 20 kph. Forecast: Mimaropa, Bicol Region, Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Soccsksargen and the provinces of Quezon and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the north to northwest will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest with slight to moderate seas.
