I am sorry, but I need to vent a frustration I am having. I saw in the news that there have been protests by a group of Muslims in Sydney where they labelled our police and anti-terror forces as pigs etc. I acknowledge that there are an overwhelming amount of people that carry irrational discriminatory prejudice toward what is the majority of peaceful, kind and loving Muslim people. But until both sides concede that they can both have bad eggs, that is, some people that follow Islam are radicalised and mean to do harm and some people carry unwarranted prejudice toward peaceful and loving followers of Islam, we will get nowhere. For people to label police as pigs, assuming they carried out their warrants yesterday with no reasonable evidence or legitimate concern that those people meant to do harm is equally as insulting as saying that all Muslims are bad people. Everybody needs to stop being idiots.
