I am sure you all may or may not have been reading my post since Sunday. I have come to the realization that having a Direct Selling business it is about getting you out of your safety net and talking to people about coming along with you. You often hear oh but I have to get recruits, true but dont think of the person you are talking to as recruit but as a family member or friend. This is starting to come around like a a circle, so I ask myself if I can talk to parents about my daycare then why is so hard to sign people up to sell Scentsy, well I will tell you my Why it is because in daycare I have to sell myself along with my daycare it comes a lot easier than going up and saying hey can you buy this that and everything so I can get a commission check. That is no longer what I want people to vision, I am looking the right people who wants more than a 9-5 job to see the journey I want to take about being free to do or go where ever. I need to sell myself in Scentsy like I do my daycare!
