I bought a ticket last August to fly from Philadephia to Jamaica last year on Christmas day. When I arrived at the airport there was no ticket in my name & no record of the purchase. Of course I thought I had lost my mind. I bought a ticket for 12/28 & just returned to Philly this week. In going thru my credit card statements I found the charge for the nonexistant ticket on my charge card. IMAGINE my surprise.... Im not out of my mind. But the real surprise came when I contacted USair about this last night. The now biggest airline in the world was not only not apologetic, after 20 minutes on the phone with a rep I was sent to the website to fill out the compliments/complaints file???? Are you kidding?? Is this what we are to expect now that Usair has eaten AA?? I would think I would have had an apology & a perk to reward this massive screw up on their part, but instead, I might get a refund???? REALLY??
