I can totally understand this. I moved from our crazy large home in Maadi to a place that would have fit into the master bedroom and bath there. When people visit the farm, it may look like the house is big, but my home is actually one bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen with an attached veterinary workspace and a study/spare bedroom off that. The second floor of the house is my daughters one bedroom place and an office/studio apartment. The guesthouse has three bedrooms but no wasted space at all.
