I contacted Mathis Brothers regarding a purchase of a couch that was not wearing well......sagging. The one year warranty had expired, however, I explained that it was purchased for a 2nd home. We had stayed at this home, maybe one or two weekends a month. We are older and do not have children, so the use of the couch was really minimal. I was given the run around and when asked to speak with a manager, was advised that one would call. This was several months ago and no call. I will not purchase furniture from this establisment again and will not recommend to anyone.
