I do not know if I agree with this assessment at all. I know that some people have good hearts and communicate poorly and still want to include people. The Bible also says that God does not judge the outword appearance but He does judge the heart. I believe God takes into account someone who speaks selfishly when they really want to include other people. For people who are truly selfish, that is wrong and bad. For people who are not good communicators, like myself, we should learn to communicate differently. God judges the heart and so should we, Lord willing.
