I dont usually rant about many things (on here anyway lol), but I just got done reviewing my 2014 insurance benefits and I am NOT a happy girl right now. I now, thanks to all these wonderful healthcare changes, have to leave my rheumatologist of 10 years because he is no longer covered (at all) starting in 2014. This doc has taken me from literally unable to walk to working as a full-time nurse (which, at one point, i didnt think was possible due to my health). And now i have to leave his services. What a joke! All because he isnt in the right group of providers. Well when I see my doc in a couple weeks for the last time, Im sure I will be crying as I ask him for his recommendation on a new doc thats in my network. :(
