I dont want to live in a gasfield. The govt took away 50% of our water allocation (standard amount, some people lost more) supposedly in the name of the environment, but gee whats surprise these gas wells will be allowed to take whatever water they want in massive amounts (beyond what you can comprehend for each well) that will lower our water table even more. We have already had water levels lower dramatically in the past 10 years due to less rainfall, how much lower will it go?
