I expected to be sore after going back into my workout routine and hot yoga but this is ridiculous. Im drinking and eating protein, brown rice, flax seed and fresh food and Im still entirely too sore which makes me wonder if Im not giving my body what it needs to recover. What am I missing? If you have a recommendation, please tell me what it is and which brand-but I dont take pills. Thanks in advance Ricky Engel-Ryba Rob Burrell Ricky Serio any input??
