I get asked all the time what I do to train my legs and butt. I of course dont do anything that is super creative. I like to focus on the basics and focus more on repetition, weights, and sets. => Focus on Transitioning from 1 exercise to the next faster! Dont let more than 30 seconds pass =>Try to do 4 different exercises to train the legs =>Higher reps work great to tighten and lean out for the large muscles in the legs since they have a lot of fast twitch muscle fibers in them (the powerful explosive quick part of the muscle) =>If you need to build roundness and some size (thicken) Def focus on HEAVY weight and low reps. Get to 10-12 reps and just about fail finishing. =>You dont need added weights to workout. Use what you have. Waiting to get equipment before you start working out just prolongs your results and increases your frustration with yourself. Featured here are my favorite lower body and core moves. 1- Kettlebell swing squat => Great for Butt, abs, and Hamstrings 2- Wide Parallel Squat => Great for quads (front thigh), Butt and abs 3- Lunge with Kick =) EVERYTHING! 4- Bowler Squat => Everything especially shaping the outer part of the butt--the part you want to come in Bonus- adding shoulder press
