I got up this morning and watched our 2012 team video while getting ready for my presentation to the Franklin Chamber of Commerce on Friday. It is truly amazing to sit down and think about what has happened to our team in just three very short years. From a meager four man beginning down in NC for the Steel Creek GNCC, scraping change together from old parts sold, and finding a home in the IXCR. Weve seen team mates come and go, a beloved one sent to heaven, a few hit rock-star status and one whos straight lined to Pro next year. Weve had class champions and runner ups, but every single member has been able to stand on that banquet platform and smile knowing they accomplished something not many people get to, qualified class and overall points recognition. My stubborn pride bounced me out of national work, and it was best to help level my head. We will still see people come and go, and thats ok, such is life. We will continue to work hard, and through all the troubles we will learn how to be better. Baby steps from now on. Much love guys. Mike
