I guess Mr Herve Ladsous is not ready to give up on his friends in crime. Like in his memo in 1994 (Frances Deputy Permanent Representative at the UN) whereby he argued/advocated for French policies including the escape of the genocidaires into Eastern Zaire; 20 years later he secures a travel pass for FDLR president; does this mean that UN sanctions against its commanders and the group are nullified? Or it is the usual way of UN saying one thing and doing opposite???
