I hate to be the one to rain on everyones parade so soon but I care, so Ill do it. The Audit the Fed bill passed the House! Woohoo! I know some of you hard working, well intentioned folks may have made calls to your representatives to encourage them to support the measure. And now it has made it through one hoop and could potentially gain new ground. However, this is not the first time the bill has gone this far. I dont expect anymore ground to be gained. Also its important to remember that the powers that wish they ruled over you will never do any genuine audit of their central bank the Federal Reserve. IF, IF they ever actually did I would not expect to find anything of real value. Please forget the reformists rhetoric about the need for an audit. We already know the central bank, fractional reserve banking, fiat currency system is the problem. We know this institution prints money that allow this nation to wage endless war on nations around the world and its own citizens. Without this institution their system does not function. So forget the audit. And in fact, forget ending the fed because they are not going to. What you can do, however, is invest in other alternative forms of currency and exchange outside the Federal Reserve Note system. You can support entrepreneurs who are creating new alternatives. You can stop buying the party line that this is the only way life will function and you can create the solutions.
