I have been asked by several people to clear up the muddy water on two rumors that have been circling. 1. The American Queens financing is in good standings and did not fall through as someone may have reported. 2. The Riverlorian program is also in good standing and has NOT been done away with. In fact, AQSC recently one a lawsuit with/through Riverlorian Jerry Hay denying another company the right to trademark the word riverlorian.
