I have to admit that while Im excited for a whole bunch of movies in 2015, Terminator was never one of them. I absolutely adore The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day and consider them to both be masterpieces and staples of the sci-fi genre. However, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines took a huge step backwards in quality and Terminator: Salvation is just one giant turd. And so here is Terminator Genisys, intended as a reboot of the franchise in the same vain as X-Men: DOFP, however I have to admit that I found this trailer to be appaling. I dont want to linger on it as Im really excited from the Marvel news but this trailer did absolutely nothing to excite me. My little brother has never seen a Terminator movie but when I showed him the trailer, he even said how bad it looked so even the action didnt come across as exciting. Terminator Genisys is released July 1st 2015 followed by two sequels on May 19th 2017 and June 29th 2018.
