I have to share something - people seem to think that things come easily and you get everything you want - or thats what they see on social media... I have failures, disappointments & things that dont pan out quite often. I just chose not to dwell on them but to pick up and move forward. One of the more interesting things I had cross my path was that I was approached about having my own reality TV show . I was honored to have NBC/Universal come to me and ask me if I would be interested in having a show developed around me about my Sports Styling career (kind of like the Rachel Zoe show) the meetings went well, they even came out and followed me + my team around all day to see what my crazy life was like, but in the end. after many internal meetings they decided that the timing wasnt right to move ahead. So there you go. Was it something I even REALLY wanted? Im not entirely sure. Was I bummed that I wasnt the one to say NO? Hell Yes! But you know what? This happened 3 months ago and its a blip on the radar. The point is - you dont ever get EVERYTHING you go after. So keep doing what youre doing and charge full speed ahead! There are lots of awesome adventures just waiting to happen. Promise. xx
