I heard a rumor that I-Dennis Boon have been advocating for the Total Legalization of Marijuana on the Tulalip Reservation. That is not correct. I have been Publicly Advocating for nearly three years now for the recognition of the Cross-jurisdictional Agreement between WA State and the Tulalip Tribal Court and the Tulalip Tribal Police Dept. and how that DEMANDS that Tulalip Tribes recognize the Legality of the Medical Marijuana Defense, the same as any other State Sanctioned Court. I will state that I personally agree with recreational marijuana, but that is an argument for a later day and time. The issue at hand is safe, dependable access for those Tribal Members being denied a right available to the NON_TRIBAL living right down the street on his Reservation... this needs to end, how cruel have we become to one another??
