I just had a fight with a bat and I won (so far until his family returns to get me). I have heard them in the wall before but never had one inside my apartment, and wouldnt you know Taylee was spending the night to watch Peter Pan on TV with me and while I was typing she all of the sudden started screaming. He went down the hallway, thank goodness, and bedroom doors were closed so he was easy to find. Tried to swat him with dustpan and did as he flew at me, then tried to trap him but he wasnt going down easy. Had him under the dust pan but he was squealing and trying to get away, and had no way to get him outside without killing him. I am totally positively creeped out. I took him a long way outside, so hopefully if he wasnt dead, he doesnt find his way back in here to get me. Yuk.
