I just sent this message to the Goldwater Institute as they bring court cases on behalf of citizens against the US Government free of charge... with regard to ARTICLE V Amendment Convention... if Congress is out of compliance with the Constitution to call the Convention in a timely way... [what would you say is a length of time that is timely?]... is there provision for the various State District Courts to rule Congress out of compliance with the US Constitution?... I would greatly appreciate a response... I am profoundly concerned with what is happening in that 41 states have applied and yet we are being ignored...
