I just wanted to say that I appreciate all who have participated in the ALS ice bucket challenge. My Mom died from this horriible disease almost 20 years ago. Back then it was deemed a very obscure disease and almost a mystery to the medical community. It was frustrating taking her to doctors who didnt have a clue. I hope this raises awareness and more of an effort to find a cure for this debilitating and fatal disease.
