I love your stores and customer service, but you need to do something about the Direct TV people in your stores. Every time I go in they hunt me down and try to sell their services to me and they dont ever take no for an answer. Most of the time Im no where near the TVs. Today while looking at cameras with my family a rep came over and started talking to us. I mentioned I had no interest in changing my cable or tv service. He continued on asking me to come look at the prices. I politely told him again I was not interested. He then told me I must of experienced their service several years ago when it would fade out when it rained. Now I was frustrated and said no that I wasnt going to ever consider their service because every time I come into Best Buy I have to chase off the Direct TV guy. I have to say they make coming into the store very annoying. I visit your store almost once a week and this is my experience almost every single time.
