I made turkey meatloaf in the VM today. Successful once again! Package of ground turkey Half an onion Handful of baby carrots Two cloves of garlic Curly parsley One egg Panko breadcrumbs I chopped the veggies first in the VM, then threw in the meat, egg and breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes. I also like to make a sauce for my meatloaf which is a mixture of ketchup, mustard and brown sugar, just like my dad used to make for us! 😊
