I need a technological restraining order. If you have knowledge of my harassment, do the right thing, and report it and help me get a restraining order. If you know someone is being abused like this, then according to the principle, first do no harm, you need to come forward and report the abuse. We are all mandated reporters, but because the people harassing me are doing it with cell phones, I have no proof. Would you send someone to the gas chambers during WWIIs Holocaust, or would you do something about it, instead? If you are a social worker, then you are obligated to report this.
