I need my buddy Woody Bingham to start working out with me. Only time Ive ever worked out in a gym was under his instruction. Just about the time I was really starting to enjoy it we got laid off :( I have GOT to start working out.. Im gaining weight at record pace because of the not smoking, and beta blockers keeping my heart rate so low... Ive seriously got to do something, Im getting weaker and breaking down in epic proportions... Ill not live to see 50 if something doesnt give... This isnt me, Im not use to being so weak!!! Uggggg...
