I need to start exercising for my lower back. Im going to try to get a referral for PT so I can learn some exercises, but does anyone have a resource for me? My lower back problems are not the usual, so a lot of the advice I find by searching is for the opposite problems. For me, a heel makes it *better* not worse. Where some people have a sway in their back, mine is almost flat. Also, I have scoliosis. My left hip is higher/leg shorter, my left side is overbuilt all along the spine, and my neck is twisted. A couple past car accidents didnt help with any of that either. My lower back is seriously aggravated by standing, especially if pitched slightly forward. Bending forward is also bad for it. Ill be fine in the moment, but the next day am seriously messed up. I often get stuck trying to get up, or trying to get up out of a chair and also have sudden pain. My upper back is seriously aggravated by reaching forward and overhead, especially on the left.
