I recently attended a workshop about nutrition, sleep, and exercises role in mental health. Im enjoying the benefits of supplementing my B vitamins, my D3, and my high quality fish oil as well as giving myself permission to rest, getting rid of caffeine (hopefully this will last a while), walking, and sprinting once in a while. Crazy. I really do feel better. Next up, balancing my calcium and magnesium intake. Well see how this goes!
