I sit here recollecting the past few weeks.. I had decided to sell my house and talked to my sons.. getting their blessings I knew I had to tell my neighbor of my plans. He & Jerome were really close and he & his family had been so good to me. I went next door dreading having to tell him that I would soon be putting the house on the market. A week later I was getting ready to go see Gods Not Dead with friends and had a knock on the door. A young couple who had moved across the street was interested in looking at the house. It was a disaster but she did a quick walk through and said she would get back to me. The next day she knocked on my door and said that the bank had approved them for a loan and they was wanting to buy my house. I called a good friend (almost family) realtor and let him know we had a potential buyer. The house had never even gone on the market. Jay Cooper started the process immediately and things started falling in place. Things also happened to make me think it might go wrong but I kept telling God that if He wanted the house sold then He would work things out. The couple wanted to be in the house in a month. I had no clue how to get 30yrs worth of stuff out and downsize enough to move into a small apt that fast. But God worked that one out too. He gave me the most awesome friends to help me. I could NOT have done it without them. Today I am living in my apt and getting ready to get the rest of things in the house out so that we can close on it the 1st of May.. This is strictly God working out my life for me!!! I am so very Thankful to Him for everything He has done.. the good, bad & indifferent has been totally possible with Christ!!!
