I started watching this film on NetFlix and I was MOVED within the first 10 minutes. These college kids came up with a project that just BLOWS THE MIND! Please gather the family and WATCH THIS FLICK! In our fast-paced, technologically advanced world, where pretty much every convenience is at our fingertips and the basics like food, electricity, clothing and shelter are available to most of us, we have little conception of what living on little truly means. This PHENOMENAL documentary does an EXCELLENT job of getting the viewer in touch with that really ... something that well over ONE BILLION human beings around the world know all too well. While those of us living western civilization lives can certainly use the perspectives found in this material, my hope in posting this film here is that it will reach those who have little or no idea how good they have it and INSPIRE them to pursue greater meaning for their lives and do SOMETHING for those in need. One of many things I learned from this film is this ...... the human spirit can brave a multitude of obstacles with love and grace, if we decide to. ~ Holistic Joe ~
