I think if you are stupid enough to drive drunk, whatever the reason, you deserve to go to jail. After you have been found guilty in court. Please look past the fox news( local GA) and wqtch this video, because no one should ever be treated like this. This goes past unconstitutional, this is a human rights violation. How can we as Americans allow this to happen in out backyards? What happened to freedom? Where is our Constitution and our Bill of Civil Rights?
