I took Sofia back to the doctor today.. and if you have know Sofia for sometime.. you know she has the WORST allergies EVER! Well they are back and in full blown out mode. This year I am going to try and do as much homeopathic remedies as possible. Her and I are both tired of her being on 4 medicines a day. We started off with saline spray, hot teas and soups today and she seems to be breathing better. I also put eucalyptus oil drops around her nasal passage ways with a warm wet towel over her face for a few minutes. Hopefully she will feel better by tomorrow morning. It kills me when she has to be on that many medicines all the time.
