I want to say Thank you to those whom came out to the Weston Neighborhood Watch cookout in Haleville tonight located at my parents home Billy and Betty J. Brooks. It was a great time to fellowship with neighbors and friends of the Weston community. Several families from Haleville, and Shadybrook community attended, along with Lea Anne Hawkins (Prosecutor for Lewis County) and her family, Delegate Peggy Donaldson Smith, Deputy Bobby Ryan and his wife Becky Ryan, Agnes Quinn Queen and family, several members of the LC Emergency Squad, as well as members from surrounding Neighborhood Watch Groups. Our family greatly appreciated you all taking the time to come out tonight and spend with our families and thank you for all your help and your thoughtfulness behind your actions. Please support your local groups and I encourage you to get involved in your community, take a stand and unite together to better our town.
