I want to take a very special moment to sing the praises of my sister, Dee. In case some of you dont know Dee, she is nothing short of a blessing - without even trying. But, when she does something, she does it with amazing strength, tenacity, compassion and especially, especially love. Her life has been filled with Ups and Downs like anyone; but she absorbs and conquers them with such undisputable pursuit so as not to be vanquished you would think she knew something the rest of us didnt. Perhaps she truly does. After watching my sister care for my mother for so many years, and now so lovingly caring for my mothers estate and memory with such grace, commitment and love I can only look to her even more with all the love I have, all the respect a person deserves and all of the appreciation a heart can muster. Thank you, my wonderful sister for taking the bulls (all of them) by the horns, teaching us how to wrangle our own paths a little better by your example and for being there for your siblings in so many ways. Yours is the spirit our hearts pursue.
