I was a "reject" at the blood drive at church. My blood count was 12.4, and it has to be 12.5. Geez! And the lady who was checking people in! It was five minutes until my scheduled time of noon, and she kept saying she could not check me in until noon. Now what was the big deal about that. I had told myself before I left I was not going to get up tight in traffic on the way there, and then this lady was so ridiculous about signing me in, AND about reading the instruction book which I have never known to have anything new in it. The whole experience was the pits actually. No wonder most people never even try to donate blood.
