I was asked by two of my mates to shares my views, and make my contribution to the NO campaign before the Scottish vote. And yes, for me, Its quite easy to make a big bucket list of negative impact on the Scottish economy, if Scotland was to leave the United Kingdom, and also it goes without saying that most breakups are painful especially if they happen to be centuries old Union, but I see no point in doing that because keeping Scotland in the United Kingdom by or through the fear of negative economic consequences will create a sense of entrapment for many of our Scottish friends. The way I see it, Scotland isnt a dependent territory of United Kingdom, but an important and integral part of it. Also it will be extremely ill-advised to assume that all the issues faced by our dear friends living in Scotland will simply vanish, if tomorrow Scotland became an independent state. Not at all. In fact the reverse is quite true. You dont fix what isnt broken, but you can always improve it, and you dont take what you cant return. Also dear our friends in Scotland should ask themselves, why do their friends and families in England want them to stay in the Union, yes we dont have a say, and probably rightly so, but for a change, may be, we should swallow our pride and say stay with me . Because its our love that should keep us together and not economics. So < say something > .........thought Ill share !
