I was recently ask if I offer a money back guarantee. My first - TopicsExpress

I was recently ask if I offer a money back guarantee. My first thought was, um no! And its not because I dont trust that the client is not following the plan. But rather results DO vary and this is even when a client does follow the prescribed plan. The body is much more complicated than just flipping a switch and seeing it work. There a countless metabolic factors that come into play when wanting to lose body fat and or gain muscle and strength. Not to mention what they are currently doing exercise and diet wise let alone if there was any metabolic issues to start with. Sure, I told him, you will have results, but as far as the speed of them, I cant guarantee how fast. Its a shame that all these fitness trends put so called guarantees on something as complicated as the human body. And if a coach falls into this category, well, I would be very suspicious of their practices.
