I would like to Know from supreme court..How many women has been booked or prosecuted or sent to jail for giving false information under 164,,how many police IO has been punished for filing wrong FIR or misleading FIR which do not have any support of evidence?? Since under section 164 statement of girls has been giving in court in front of judges ..on the bases of her statement entire proceeding is run....when court reach to conclusion that no evidence no proof out there in support to her statement...and accused has been set free ....on that circumstance where it has been prove that case file by women has ulterior motive or false and fabulous then why courts are not punishing accuser or police for mis representing court just to ruin some life or damage some one life.....do all those proceeding are simply a eye wash from judiciary ?? are judiciary are doing true justice?? can judiciary able to restore dignity and losses of all those accused who were wrongly convicted or falsely accused............... IN My personal Opinion court are not giving any justice to falsely accused man....but doing more harm and damage to falsely accused person court are failed to restore his dignity as well his losses....i would call judiciary is failed institute should be closed with immediate effect May I know your opinion on this..are court are finishing there job well?? Are they giving true justice ??
