I would like to apologize for not being present and supporting all of you. My family and I have been on vacation for the past week. Unfortunately, our vacation ended with a tragedy. We lost my four legged best friend on our way home. We thought she was laying down in the dog cage but that was not the case. She found a way out without getting the door open. It happened so fast, before we knew it she was jumping out of the back of our truck at 60mph. Sadly to say she dead due to the impact. Needless to say, I am having a horrible time dealing with this. She was my shadow, everywhere I went she was right beside me. I havent been able to eat or drink the past two days. I cant stop the tears or turn off my mind with the visions of this tragic accident. My children had to witness this horrific incident. I have so many mixed emotions going on. I am pissed, sad, lost, empty, lonely, confused and heartbroken...please bare with me on trying to get back to my happy go lucky and positive self...I miss you all and love each and everyone of you. Keep kicking ass on your fitness journey!!! You ALL impress me with your dedication and motivation and you ALL are such and inspiration!!!!!
