IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION FOR DONATIONS IN CASH OR KIND. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. (1) Please study the document that Im sharing, before you decide to donate in cash or kind to the SPCA Noida. (2) Monetary contributions to the SPCA Noida are eligible for income tax benefit in terms of Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. (3) Please DEMAND your receipts from us - for donations in cash AND kind. If direct transfer of funds into our account is what youre doing, please share your correct address with us to enable us to dispatch your receipt to you ; or collect your receipt when you visit the SPCA Noida shelter cum hospital at Plot No. 8, Sector 94, Noida. (4) Only Shelter Heads, such as Vidhi Shukla (over all shelter head), or Vineet Arora (Head of Treatments) ; or SPCA Noida Management, such as Sajal Srivastava, or Anuradha Dogra, or I (Anjali Sharma), are authorized to receive donations in cash on behalf of the SPCA Noida. The Shelter Heads are employed with the SPCA ; and Sajal, Anuradha, and I are a part of the 15 member management committee appointed by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, to manage the affairs of SPCA Noida. (The 3 of us are the Operations Sub-Committee of the management committee of the SPCA.) Receipts will be issued, if your donations in cash or kind, REACH US. (5) All of us know Pallavi U Dar, the wonderful person who has been putting heart, soul, and loads love into the upkeep and care of our dogs. Pallavi is our Volunteer Coordinator, and we repose complete trust in her. For any donations in cash or kind handed over to Pallavi, please follow up with her, for your receipt. She will hand them over to Vidhi, and request Vidhi to issue the receipts. [ IF HOWEVER, you are a group of friends that has decided, together with Pallavi, out of your love, compassion and kindness, to do something for the non-humans at SPCA (such as improvise some shade for them out of green wire netting, etc.), you may do so together - were grateful for your kindness. ] (6) We DO NOT have FCRA permissions, yet. We CANNOT receive remittances of funds from outside India.
