INCIDENT REPORT ALERT!!! Bayfront Employees & Associates..Please read or tag the crew! So I have done so many of these incident reports...but this one by Lonnie tops the charts! Jackie Moore AWOL from the Lobby 7/22/14 @ 2:00 Pm. Police, CPS, and family notified. On 7/22/14...Jackie left the Residential Facility heading towards the Los Angeles County Probation Dept. She left due to being offered a more stable and secure job opportunity with the Probation Department. Myself and other employees at Bayfront did not agree with her leaving but know but know it is the best decision for her and her family. All Bayfront staff are reminded that she is on the Hands On list and when you see her give her a hug. She will be missed by all, and we have secured a Lifetime Bed Hold for her. If she returns on her own or by the police, please allow her to return to our facility. Permission is also given to invite her to BBQs, outings and all Bayfront activities. Trigger: looking out for her family. Intervention: Best Wishes Result: Big loss for Bayfront and Big gain for the Probation Dept. Completed by: Lonnie Moody
