TARI JAMES SEKIBO -MFR, JP- is on-going now in Rivers State. Today Friday Dec., 12, 2014 Body will stop over briefly at the INC Port Harcourt Secretariat, 64B Abacha Link Road Port Harcourt Rivers State capital. Tomorrow Saturday Dec.,13, 2014 9am Day Vigil at Boys State School field Okrika Rivers State 2:00pm Funeral Service at St. Peters Cathedral. Interment at his residence in Gream Ama HDH Sen. (Dr.) Tari James Sekibo, MFR, JP, died on 18th November, 2013 in Government House, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State in the course of official duties. Late Senator T. J. Sekibo who hailed from Okrika in Rivers State was a Member, House of Representatives and also a distinguished Senator during the Second Republic. He was once Chairman of the Okrika Divisional Council of Chiefs (ODCC) and a Chief of Odo-Abaji War Canoe House. Until his death he served as Board Chairman, Niger Delta Basin Development Authority.
