Ideology says that women and men are interchangeable and gender is just a social construct. When reality proves otherwise, it will be evidence of a culture of discrimination and male privilege. They will have to combat this privilege for social justice. That means giving the women double standards and pretending its just to make up for male privilege. This is how affirmative action race quotas work in college and in the workplace. Its why we have an entire HR department of black women whose only job is to file paperwork once a month.
