InshaAllah Paper Currency Is HARAM because of : 1 Origin from Riba / Interest / Sood 2 Inflation Effects 3 Fractional Reserve Banking System 4 National Debt Concept 5 Islamic Law of Contract Violation Trading with Mutual Consent clause missing 6 Taxation Factor 7 FIAT currency having no value or Gold behind it. 8 Protector of Capitalist Economic System 9 Forex Gambling 10 Hamil-e-Haza ko Mutalbay Pe Ada Kary Ga is a Dayn (Qarz / Promises to Pay) Declaration and in Islam we have to Pay Zakaat in Aain (Original Real Existing On-Hand Wealth). There are many other reasons too. This Paper Currency Is Only a Need for now days because we dont have any other medium of Exchange. Originally in Islam we had Sunnah Currency i.e Dinar (Gold Coin) and Dirham (Silver Coin) but with the passage of time and Diplomacy of Jew Bankers we lost our Real wealth. Pakistani Currency is Fiat money and dont have gold behind it. Pak-Rupee is a Mini-Dollar. It Comes from a System of Capitalism, Riba (Sood / Interest) and robery by SBP. We Must All Say Clearly: The State Bank of Pakistan is Haram, the National Debt is Haram, and the Rupee is a form of theft. Then we can start to bring the Shariah Currency, Dinar / Dirham (Gold & Silver Coins), to our people. Riba ( Sood / Interest ) is not just a wrongful contract any more, it is now a system. To eliminate Riba we need to look beyond the individual practices and unveil its roots into the legal, political and economic system we live in. We must not be scared by size of the task because with the task comes the means in an even larger scale. The means is the light that comes from recognizing that the Power belongs to Allah and that Riba is already defeated since the day Allah declared war on it. And Victory belongs to Allah. ~Sheri
