If the court seriously allows ellwood to pursue his insanity plea, I will lose all faith in our legal system. This kid has multiple priors and all he has ever gotten is a slap on the wrist and probation after minimal, if any, jail time. If he had not been let off so easily, he may have been in jail and unable to kill my friend. He has repeat offenses. The court needs to realize that this kid is not mentally ill, he is just a cold hearted criminal. He and everyone involved need to be finally be held accountable because if they arent they will do this again.
