If this is true it would basically force everyone not to speed. It can be done on the turnpike. 2 points, and a certain time to go between them if doing the speed limit. If you get to the toll a little to quick.... You get a ticket in the mail. Unfair? At least its fair that everyone gets treated the same and not random people getting pulled over. Tickets on highways are just hay and unnecessary. . I see this being good in cities and by schools or shores.
